How do I find gratitude? Where do I look, where do I look to?

What do I look at? Where do I find peace, contentment and joy?


Could it be I'm expecting too much looking for things out of reach right now.

Maybe I need to focus on the simple things, the little things that can bring immense joy.


Joy in the most calming way... joy in almost every minute. If I look to the sky, to children, puppies, my home. A comforting blanket, your favourite perfume, your favourite drive. Your favourite place to walk, to think or just let go and not think.


To be present, to be now, in the moment. Find those things.


Life is but a moment, yet it refuses to stand still. It can push us onward, forward. Sometimes against our will.


So capture every moment.
