Sometimes It's Okay To Not Be Okay
Let every feeling happen to you and know it will pass...
Sometimes when we acknowledge it, recognize it, and allow it, we can start to experience it, and by doing that we can move through that moment or those few moments easier.
I have read that we cannot change what we don't acknowledge. Let those feelings surface, feel them, write them down, talk to yourself about them and what you're going through in the moment. Look at them again and know that they will pass. Tell yourself it's only a moment and time moves us on. Be gentle with yourself.
Sometimes it is okay to not be okay, as long as we keep going, as long as we reach for a peaceful tomorrow.
Just keep going.
